Why I DON'T Have New Year's Resolutions

I'm pretty late with my post about resolutions, but it were winter holidays and I celebrated Christmas two days ago, a few days ago, in first day of the year I had feed's full of resolutions for 2017. Actually, it was 90% of my feed on Bloglovin and Instagram.
The last year I wrote some too and when I checked that post I was wondered that around half became reality in 2016. Actually I forgot what I wrote at all, so it's good that at least some of them I did.
It's hard to remember all of your goals for such a long time, as year. It's one of the reasons why I decided don't write goals for this new year. I probably remember them first month... maximum. A few months ago I read an article where scientists recommend to write goals for not more than 12 days.
For myself I noticed that perfect time is every two weeks to write your goals. Because week seems pretty short and then I write only minimal very easy goals and opposite things happen when I write goals for months - I write too hard goals that make even more lazier hehe.
I found one of those apps that help with goals, there are reminders that don't give to forget anything, and plus, it's always more interesting when your goal wrote somewhere, not only in your mind, so it's like motivation to do this and write that you did it, as someome said dream became goal if you wrote it and have final dates. You can find app that will be better for you in your app store, just write ''goals''. I actually find it more comfortable than a notebook, because phone is always with me and it's more quickly... and yeah, notebook don't have reminder.
By the way, I pretty sure if to write goals more often than one time for a year than it will give an ability to achieve so much more goals. Actually for most of our goals (if it's not very big ones) we need less than a year, but most of people lazy make them goals of the year.
Did you have resolutions in previous years and all of the became true?
