Hey world! Recent days I really can't stop eat one really tasty thing haha. That's my mom's muffins. So I thought why not to sure her recipe here to let enjoy amazing taste of it to you too. Actually it's classic recipe of muffins, so here's nothing hard or unusual. Easy and good. Hope this post will inspire to make their own muffins!
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg, milk, and butter. Add raisins to the dough. Spoon into the muffin pans, filling cups about two-thirds full. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes each.
Do you like muffins and what's your favourite? I really like chocolate ones and with raisins. <3
