MOVIES RECENTLY | Chalet Girl, The sisterhood of the traveling pants(1,2), The Age of Adaline, Krampus

Good night bloggers! Actually had no time for the blog earlier, as I had many home businesses today and, plus, I feel bad whole day, so I just relaxed in the evening while I watched the first episode of new season of Ukrainian ''The voice''. Any ways, I watched some nice movies the recent days, so I want to tell about them. Maybe you will find something that you will like!

Chalet Girl (2011)

Former skateboard champion now Kim flips burgers to support herself and her dad, so she wants to make more money after her mother's tragic death. She joins the elite posh servicing company, which sends her off to Austria. At first, Kim is baffled by this bizarre new world of posh people, vintage champagne, epic mountains and waist deep powder. Then Kim discovers snowboarding, and her natural talent soon sees her training for the end-of-season competition, with a chance to win major prize money. Also she finds there Jonny (Ed Westwick), her boss' handsome but apparently unavailable son.

Actually, as I watch ''Gossip girl'' I wanted to watch some movies with actors from ''Gossip girl'', so it's how I found this movie.
I love everything about this movie, there are some really funny moments. Actors did their job really good and if you sport and snow, probably you will like it. I really enjoyed this film.

The Age of Adaline (2015)

After miraculously remaining 29 years old for almost eight decades, Adaline Bowman (Blake Lively) has lived a solitary existence, never allowing herself to get close to anyone who might reveal her secret. But a chance encounter with charismatic philanthropist Ellis Jones (Michiel Huisman) reignites her passion for life and romance. When a weekend with his parents (Harrison Ford and Kathy Baker) threatens to uncover the truth, Adaline makes a decision that will change her life forever.

It's seriously in my favorite movies list now. I love it sooo muuuch. It's a perfect movie. I don't see such good movies like this often. I think everyone has to watch it!
And actors are really very very very good there!
I recommended to watch to all my close people, so I recommend it to you too now!

Krampus (2015)

When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max is disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas. Little does he know, this lack of festive spirit has unleashed the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers. All hell breaks loose as beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own, laying siege to the fractured family's home and forcing them to fight for each other if they hope to survive.

I've seen about this movie on TV many time while it's where Christmas holidays, as it's Christmas horror movie.
Everyone who knows me knows that I'm not a fan of horror movies and stopped to watch them a few years ago after I watched some really scary movies. But I decided to watch something new and unusual for me. Any ways, turned out that there are not so much of scary moments. All ''monsters'' looked there too not realistic, so some of them made even laugh, like scary ginger beards. They're cuties haha.

The sisterhood of the traveling pants (1,2) (2005 - 2008)

Carmen got the jeans at a thrift shop. They didn’t look all that great: they were worn, dirty, and speckled with bleach. On the night before she and her friends part for the summer, Carmen decides to toss them. But Tibby says they’re great. She'd love to have them. Lena and Bridget also think they’re fabulous. Lena decides that they should all try them on. Whoever they fit best will get them. Nobody knows why, but the pants fit everyone perfectly. Even Carmen (who never thinks she looks good in anything) thinks she looks good in the pants. Over a few bags of cheese puffs, they decide to form a sisterhood and take the vow of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants . . . the next morning, they say good-bye. And then the journey of the pants — and the most memorable summer of their lives — begins

When I saw this movie the first time, I thought it will be an easy movie about life and friendship of girls, but turned out there are so many interesting things in these both movies. A lot of tragic and just sad moments, so if you searching for a comedy, it's not for you.
Actually I think that both movies are interesting in their own way. So interesting stories of summers of bestfriends Carmen, Lena, Tibby and Bridget. I recommend to see this to everyone or to read books, as here is a book with the same name.

  4. Just received a cheque for $500.

Sometimes people don't believe me when I tell them about how much you can earn by taking paid surveys online...

So I took a video of myself getting paid $500 for doing paid surveys to set the record straight.
