TRYING TO MAKE MY HAIR HEALTHIER

 Recently I started to notice that my hair looks looks notso good as I want. I don't remember if I talked about t before on the blog, but recent month I started to try some hair masks e.t.c. to make hair be better, but all of them gaven't me any results. So the last week I started to use vitamins for my hair (and for skin it's really good too). I chose from Hairbust (http://www.hairburst.com/). There a lot of vitamins like A, B, C and D and other good things for our health and beauty. By the way, everything is natural. I'm not if it's true yet, as I don't use as long, as need to use for first results. But on Hairbust's site are photos of people that got great results after using these vitamins. They are very good for growing your hair fast, although I don't need, I have other goals:
To have thicker hair;
To have softer hair:
To have shinier hair (it looks pretty shiny on the photos, because camera's flash light, but it's don't look like this).
So hope I'll reach these goals before I'll end to use all these capsules. I'll write about it again, if will see results!

  3. My hair used to be so bad too. It would fall out and be dry constantly. What really helped me was a complete change in the diet, eating a lot more veg and protein. I'd love to know the final effects of the vitamins though :)

  8. The vitamins will only help with the newly grown hair, the hair at your lengths will not be affected, so you cant judge the pills by that. This hair can only be reached by hair masks and oils etc, as there is no blood flowing to your tips, so no nutrients can reach it.

    1. I know, I use masks too, although oils not yet. The main goal of these pills to grow new hair fast, I want to make it, because hope that new one will be healthier.
