We all have bad mood for a no reason sometimes. Then we just spend days useless and not interesting. Usually we sleep a lot these days, and watch series, of course. I noticed that we have things like this, usually when in our brains too much thoughts about work, relationships, future, study. Our all thoughts just mixed and we don't understand what we want and what have to happen to makes you happy.
Here are some things I'll when it's happening with me:
First, you need to sleep. And I mean to sleep at day. You need more energy to feel better and maybe also you will see a good sleep that will make your mood so much better.
If you don't want to sleep I recommend to take a time for bath, better with bath bubbles and a bath bomb. It makes feel to everyone. Else, water makes our thoughts cleaner and destroy all negative feelings.
Also you can to add to this different masks, scrubs, creams e.t.c. Looking better = feeling better.
Also I recommend to make healthy salads and juices from fruits or vegetables. Especially, good bananas and oranges.
Okay, chocolate is a good idea sometimes too! Yummy!
Very important to find, at least, 10 minutes for sport. Running or yoga, or maybe pilates, it's your choice. Choose what makes you happy.
After this a few minutes, I'm sure you will be proud that you made something useful for your body and soul.
When I had a bad mood, I tried to find to watch something interesting, but all movies were not good (for my movie taste) and it made me worse. So better to watch your favorite positive movies and series. Fun shows work the best for me!
For example, I love to watch ''Just for Laughs:Gags''.
Also It's always good re-read your favorite book, when you have a free time. Books makes to feel you like you in another world.
Read inspirational quotes on Internet and check out your favorite blogs. It really inspires and make move on.
And last tip is more fresh air and nature. People need it. It make us happy and healthy.
