It's night, but I really wanted to write a blog in spite of it. Maybe this is because of my good mood. My depression disappeared, when came spring. I think the main thing to spend more time outdoors, stop to chat with people who always have a bad mood and try to look at everything more positive, even when it is difficult .
Today, I have a good day again. I spent a lot of time outdoors, was with closest people for me and I ate a lot of chocolate (now I mustn't to eat sweeties a month because of this haha).
