Again I started to do fitness at home after a long break. So I'm still not used to it, but I definitely like to do it.
I do it before bedtime. Yesterday trained late at night, time has flown by so quickly it turned out that yesterday , from 00:00 to 02:00 am I trained, and it seemed to me that it has been 20 minutes. I've always loved to do it in the evening. First, at this time I'm most active at this time. Secondly, at this time I have much inspiration. Finally, scientists have proved that that sports more effective after sunset. And already used to it from the time when I worked out with my sister. Unfortunately, I don't have a partner in fitness, as my sister lives with her family now.
So, what do I do? I have a special little book on fitness at home, so I love to try different exercises. I always start with stretching and simple exercises such as "bicycle". Incidentally, this is probably my favorite exercise and it is good for the belly and legs. This is almost the same as that ride on a bike.
More I squat, press and training with my little pink dumbbells, seem to me they are very easy (one kg), but it's good for start. Another course I'm training on the wall bars, because I have it in my room.
